Your mission
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify inbound leads from SMEs in France and the UK, nurturing relationships and closing deals where appropriate, while ensuring seamless collaboration with Account Executives for larger opportunities.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Research and connect with target businesses through outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales margin and revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell via proactive expansion 
  • Market Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of the EV and e-mobility market, positioning vaylens' software as the go-to solution.
  • CRM Mastery: Manage pipeline activities in CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of prospects.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, digital fulfillment, and customer success to align efforts and refine lead conversion strategies.
  • Education & Outreach: Represent vaylens as a trusted partner by educating prospects on our Community Charging solutions.
Your profile
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English (ideally bilingual).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, ideally in SaaS or e-mobility.
  • Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with SMEs effectively.
    • A results-driven attitude with excellent organizational skills.
    • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce and sales enablement platforms.
  • Personal Traits:
    • Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive with a "get-it-done" mentality.
    • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Location: Based in France, the UK, or nearby regions with the ability to work remotely and travel occasionally.
